Crystin Grants

Founder | Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Crystin is a licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to guiding couples through meaningful, transformative work in their relationships. She specializes in helping partners move through moments of disconnection, conflict, and emotional distance toward a more intentional, secure, and deeply connected partnership.

Her work is grounded in the belief that most relational distress is not a lack of love, but a loss of connection within repeated cycles that couples feel stuck in. Through a compassionate and structured approach, Crystin helps couples slow down those patterns, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin to relate to one another with more clarity, care, and emotional responsiveness.

She provides a warm, non-judgmental space where both partners feel heard, respected, and supported. Her approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, and mindfulness-based practices. Together, these frameworks support couples in rebuilding trust, improving communication, and restoring emotional and physical intimacy.

Crystin works with couples navigating a range of challenges, including communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, emotional withdrawal, intimacy concerns, sexual challenges, and affair recovery. Her focus is not only on resolving surface-level issues, but on helping couples create lasting change in how they experience and respond to one another.

Her goal is to support couples in moving from feeling stuck or uncertain into a relationship that feels more grounded, emotionally attuned, and intentionally chosen…where both partners feel seen, safe, and deeply connected again.
