Crystin Grants
Founder | Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Crystin is a licensed marriage and family therapist dedicated to guiding couples through meaningful, transformative work in their relationships. She specializes in helping partners move through moments of disconnection, conflict, and emotional distance toward a more intentional, secure, and deeply connected partnership.
Her work is grounded in the belief that most relational distress is not a lack of love, but a loss of connection within repeated cycles that couples feel stuck in. Through a compassionate and structured approach, Crystin helps couples slow down those patterns, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin to relate to one another with more clarity, care, and emotional responsiveness.
She provides a warm, non-judgmental space where both partners feel heard, respected, and supported. Her approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, and mindfulness-based practices. Together, these frameworks support couples in rebuilding trust, improving communication, and restoring emotional and physical intimacy.
Crystin works with couples navigating a range of challenges, including communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, emotional withdrawal, intimacy concerns, sexual challenges, and affair recovery. Her focus is not only on resolving surface-level issues, but on helping couples create lasting change in how they experience and respond to one another.
Her goal is to support couples in moving from feeling stuck or uncertain into a relationship that feels more grounded, emotionally attuned, and intentionally chosen…where both partners feel seen, safe, and deeply connected again.

Alicia Brown
Couples & Individuals | Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Alicia is a licensed marriage and family therapist who helps couples move out of disconnection and conflict and into a relationship built on clarity, trust, and intention. She believes that most relationship struggles aren't about a lack of love, but about partners getting stuck in patterns they don't know how to break, and her work is focused on helping couples recognize those patterns, understand what's driving them, and build new ways of relating to one another.
Her approach draws on evidence-based modalities including the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, giving her the flexibility to meet each couple where they are, whether they're working through communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, emotional distance, the strain of parenting on a relationship, or intimacy and connection concerns. She also works with individuals navigating relationship concerns, life transitions, and the everyday stress of trying to show up as their best selves.
Alicia brings over a decade of clinical experience across school-based mental health, residential treatment, outpatient therapy, and telehealth, along with a deep personal understanding of family life as a mother of three. She creates a space that feels warm and judgment-free, where clients can be honest about what isn't working and leave with real, practical tools for what comes next. Her goal is simple: to help the people she works with feel more understood, more connected, and more equipped to build the relationships they actually want.
