Jasmine is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with a Master’s Degree in Marriage, Couples & Family Counseling from Stetson University. She has extensive experience working with couples, as well as supporting children/adolescents ages 5–18 and families. Before becoming a therapist, Jasmine spent five years as an art teacher in public schools, giving her a strong background in art education and creative interventions. She enjoys bringing art-based techniques into sessions when it supports expression, insight, or healing.
Jasmine takes a person-centered, collaborative approach. She loves working with couples, families, and children of all ages and believes every client is the expert of their own lived experience. In sessions, she focuses on understanding each client’s goals, offering steady support, and providing tools that help them navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
She incorporates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Theory, and psychoeducation. Jasmine is trained in the Gottman Method and is a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, a leading assessment tool for premarital and relationship counseling.
